Police Search for Man that Allegedly Exposed Himself and Assaulted a Woman at a Home Depot

WOODBRIDGE, VA. — (WMAL) Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) are searching for a man that allegedly exposed himself to an 8-year-old girl and assaulted a 47-year-old female family member before fleeing.

According to the PWCPD daily incident report, am unknown male between 30 and 35-years-old exposed himself and made an obscene gesture to the girl on September 3 at the Home Depot located at 14025 Foulger Square in Woodbridge, VA.

“The family member of the girl confronted the suspect and obtained a photograph of the suspect,” said Officer Nathan Probus. “During the course of the interaction, the suspect then assaulted that family member before fleeing the store on foot.”

PWCPD continue to investigate the incident.

The details of the PWCPD daily incident report are below:

On September 3 at 5:30PM, officers responded to the Home Depot located at 14025 Foulger Sq in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed that an unknown white man exposed himself and made an obscene gesture to an 8-year-old girl. A family member of the girl confronted the suspect and obtained a photograph of the suspect. The suspect then assaulted the family member, a 47-year-old woman, before fleeing the area on foot. No other contact was made between the two parties. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect. The investigation continues. A white male, between 30 & 35 years of age, 6’00”, 185-195lbs, with short brown hair . Last seen wearing a green shirt, khaki pants, and brown boots.
