Frank the Lawnmower Kid reminds us of another ambitious White House visitor…

Today Trump’s White House had a great story in the form of Frank Giaccio, the young boy who wrote to Trump and asked if he could mow the lawn, and got the chance to do just that:

It’s a great story, isn’t it?  A kid who is ambitious and hard working wants to get to the white house and show what his generation can do!  In his letter, he said:

I would like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for

Side note, Sanders had a great line with the press in attendance

When reporters asked Frank if he’d mow their lawns, Sanders cut in.
“Make sure these guys pay you top dollar. Tell them if you’re part of the press, you have a special deal that’s double the normal rate,” she joked. “I think that’s pretty fair.”
So what a story right?  It couldn’t help but remind us of another story of a kid who made it to the white house, but in an almost opposite way:

It’s what makes America Great?!

Ahmed the clock boy!  A kid who made it to the white house!  And all he had to do was ‘invent’ a clock that would look suspicious, make sure to keep bringing it out in class even after being told to put it away, and make enough of a scene that people got suspicious that he could cry Islamophobia!

And he got to go to the White House!

It’s like the same story but backwards, isn’t it?
