School Guidance Counselor Charged With Sexual Offenses Against Women

WASHINGTON (WMAL) – A guidance counselor at Albert Einstein High School in Kensington is arrested and charged with committing non-consensual sexual acts with women he met on Tinder.

33-year-old Colin Sime Black had consensual sex on two separate occasions with two different women that he met on Tinder according to Montgomery County Police. Each woman told police that after the consensual sex, Black committed sexual acts without their consent.

The second victim did not know that Black was being investigated for possibly doing to the same thing to another woman.

Black is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual offense and one count of second-degree assault.

Police are asking people who believe they may have been victimized by Black to call the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400.
