WASHINGTON (WMAL) – A man who worked at an afterschool program at a Montgomery County school’s been charged with sexually abusing two young boys in the program.

Montgomery County Police said 27-year-old Christopher Escobar texted explicit photos of himself to two kids he met while working at the Bar-T after school program, run by a private company, at Kensington Parkwood Elementary School. He started sending the texts in 2012 when the boys were around 9, according to police, and continued sexting them until 2017 when the two boys were in middle school.

Police believe there may be more victims and are asking parents whose kids attended the Bar-T program during those years to talk to their kids about any interactions they had with Escobar.

Escobar was arrested Thursday and is being held without bond.
