WASHINGTON (WMAL) – A man was shot in an officer-involved shooting Sunday afternoon after police were called to Cross Laurel Court in Germantown.
When officers arrived on the scene, they encountered a while male in the cul-de-sac holding a gun. The man was shot and given first-aid by officers.
The man was transported to a local hospital where he is in serious condition. No officers were injured in the incident.
The investigation is still on-going.
