Ohio Gov. DeWine proposes ‘red flag’ law, expanding background checks for gun sales (USA Today)
A crowd of frustrated mourners yelled at Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Sunday night to “do something” about gun violence.
DeWine said he heard them.

Cummings invites Trump to visit Baltimore (The Hill)
House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings reportedly invited President Trump to visit Baltimore amid ongoing fallout over Trump’s criticism of the Maryland Democrat and his characterization of Cummings’s hometown.
