President Trump should be impeached, according to Joe Biden.

After initially supporting the impeachment inquiry by House Democrats, the former vice president dropped the condition of an investigation to join White House hopefuls Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and Bernie Sanders in backing the forcible removal of the sitting president.

There’s an old Saddam-era Iraqi joke about a journalist who asks Izzat Ibrahim, a senior Baath Party official, “Can elephants fly?” Izzat Ibrahim dismisses the question. “Of course not.
