Resistance (At All Costs): How Trump Haters Are Breaking America (Amazon)

Wall Street Journal columnist and bestselling author Kim Strassel argues how the all-out “Resistance” has become dangerously reckless in its obstruction of President Trump.

Among the most consistent and aggressive criticisms of Donald Trump is that he is a threat to American democracy — a human wrecking ball demolishing our most basic values and institutions. “Due to Turkey’s irresponsible actions, the risk to U.S. forces in northeast Syria has reached an unacceptable level,” Esper said Monday. “I will be visiting NATO next week in Brussels, where I plan to press our other NATO allies to take collective and individual diplomatic and economic measures in response to these egregious Turkish actions.” [Read More]

CNN faces more accusations of political bias ahead of Democratic debate (FOX News)

CNN’s heavily promoted Democratic debate on Tuesday comes on the same day as a second batch of undercover recordings is putting an emphasis on the network’s political bias.

Project Veritas, whose founder, James O’Keefe, describes himself as a “guerrilla journalist,” built up the release on social media with an “#ExposeCNN” hashtag. The CNN/New York Times Democratic presidential debate is scheduled to feature 12 leading 2020 hopefuls duking it out from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio — but the latest batch of alleged undercover recordings could indicate which candidates are preferred by CNN brass.
