– Washington’s defense had seven sacks, including one on fourth and goal after the Panthers recovered an onside kick to begin their final desperation drive.
– Derrius Guice had 129 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while Adrian Peterson had 99 yards rushing and a touchdown. The – Redskins came into the game with two rushing touchdowns all season.
