WASHINGTON — (CNN) Donald Trump posted a new video Monday showing Hillary Clinton laughing over film of the flaming wreckage outside the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi.
“Hillary has been laughing at our expense for years,” the Trump campaign writes in the Instagram clip, which shows footage of her laughing, while news articles and front pages appear on screen critical of the then-secretary of state’s response to the Benghazi attack and her use of a private email server.
The longest clip of Clinton laughing is played over footage of burning wreckage in Benghazi and then cuts to, “Don’t let the joke be on us!”
Trump has been knocking his Republican opponents on Instagram for months now.
It’s not clear from the short clips of Clinton used in Trump’s video what she’s laughing at.
The Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Trump’s video.
