WASHINGTON — (WMAL) DC Police have arrested the man who they say was drinking and driving when he hit seven pedestrians on New Year’s Day.

Police charged Malik Lloyd, 25, with DUI and hit and run.

Police say Lloyd is responsible for jumping a curve in the 1600 block of L Street.
