WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Donald Trump will be visiting Briar Woods High School to campaign in Ashburn,Virginia on Tuesday.

This will be the second time in a week that Trump has been to Virginia for campaigning. The Trump campaign is confident about its chances, Trump’s Virginia Campaign Chair, Corey Stewart told WMAL, “We’re going to be focused on veterans, veterans issues, the reform of the VA, rebuilding our military and bringing back manufacturing jobs.”

Loudoun is an important swing county in Virginia and is sure to play host to rallies for both campaigns in the months ahead. Loudoun went for Barack Obama in 2008, the first time in decades Virginia went blue in a presidential contest, and again in 2012.

Originally, Trump’s running partner Mike Pence was supposed to be at the event, but on Tuesday only Trump will attend and Pence will have a separate event on Thursday.
