LISTEN: Judicial Watch President TOM FITTON Explains How the Deep State Continues to Protect Obama and Clinton on Trump’s Watch

Listen as Larry spoke with Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, regarding Susan Rice ‘unmasking’ documents being sent to Obama’s Library.

O’Connor: Tell us what you’ve learned here and the frustrating participation, it appears, of the Trump administration of all things.

Fitton: Yeah, it’s hard to know what’s going on. Thanks Larry. We’ve asked for records from the National Security Council which is, you know, supports the President about the Susan Rice unmasking of individuals, the Trump world, about the DNC hacking and the Russia collusion issue – the sorts of things that anybody would be interested in. And we got a letter back, last month, from the National Security Council, saying all records from the Obama administration had been sent to the Obama Presidential Library. And they gave us, hopefully, the address. And I tell you, you’ve got to shake your head, the deep state is on the move again, hiding records or playing shelf games with records. So we’re figuring out what our legal options are, because obviously this is going to be important information from what the White House knew about illegal spying, or potentially illegal spying on the Trump team. But these records aren’t [inaudible] off from the American people forever. But if we waited for the FOIA process [inaudible] under the Presidential Records Act, let’s say the White House records aren’t made available until 5 years, beginning until 5 years after the President leaves office, so in the meantime you can get them through subpoenas or President Trump can say, I need them.
