MEXICO — (CNN) — Emergency crews have found 21 children and four adults dead in the rubble of an elementary school that collapsed during the earthquake in Mexico City, Luis Felipe Puente, the national coordinator of civil protection of the Ministry of the Interior, said in a tweet Wednesday.
