GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WMAL) — A Karate instructor from Gaithersburg has been arrested and charged with inappropriately touching a minor.
Montgomery County Police say, Frank Yul Pugarita is accused of inappropriately touching a 15 year old student while working as an instructor at the Pugarita Karate studio
Pugarita was arrested yesterday and is being held without bond. He’s been charged with sex abuse of a minor and fourth-degree sex offense.
Police are asking the parents of children who were in contact with Pugarita to talk to their kids, about their interactions with him and contact SVID detectives at 240-773-5400 if they believe their child may have been victimized.
