SACRAMENTO, Calif. (WMAL) — Vice President Pence said President Trump approved a federal major disaster declaration in California today due to the raging wildfires.

At least 13 people have died and about 200 people have been reported missing. Hundreds of firefighters are heading to northern California to continue fighting the fires.
