RICHMOND, Va. (WMAL) — The luckiest man in the world may just live in Annandale, Virginia.

Hussein Haj-Assaad won the lottery in Virginia for the second time this year. He won the $250,000 top prize in one lottery game, and five months ago won $200,000 in another Virginia Lottery game.

Haj-Assaad invested his first set of winnings into his restaurant and is now thinking about opening another restaurant.

He bought both winning tickets at the same E&C VA in Falls Church. He is also the first of ten to claim the top prize in Virginia Lottery’s $250,000 Money Mania. The other nine prizes have not yet been claimed.
