Fairfax Police Looking for Dog Owner in Animal Cruelty Case

WASHINGTON (WMAL) — Police are looking for the owner of this dog in an animal cruelty case.

The dog was found last week in Reston, in the area of Chatham Colony Court and Moorings Drive. Reston District Police said the dog “was barely recognizable as a dog and had nearly two pounds of matted hair covering its face and body.”
