WASHINGTON — The world is waiting for President Trump to give his official blessing to have the GOP House Intelligence Committee memo on alleged FBI misdeeds released to the public. That blessing could come at any time.
In advance of the release, the President put out a pair of tweets Friday that appear to show his line of thinking. First, he blamed the leadership of the federal government’s law enforcement arm for playing politics:
The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans – something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago. Rank & File are great people!

A few minutes later, the President shared a quote from the conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch, spelling out the allegations that Mr. Trump apparently believes to be true.
“You had Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party try to hide the fact that they gave money to GPS Fusion to create a Dossier which was used by their allies in the Obama Administration to convince a Court misleadingly, by all accounts, to spy on the Trump Team.” Tom Fitton, JW

There is no word on exactly when the memo will be made public. The President is scheduled to fly to Florida Friday afternoon to spend the weekend at his Mar-A-Lago resort.
