· HHS has been working on a final rule on short term limited duration insurance. We spelled out the broad contours of our proposal earlier this year. Our final rule has cleared OIRA review, as evidenced on ROCIS. We cannot go into detail about the precise provisions of the final rule, but we believe it will enhance access to insurance, and reduce premiums.
