UPDATE: (WMAL) 9/1 – Friday D.C. Police arrested 20-year-old Mariana Silver of Northeast, D.C. and charged her with assault with a dangerous weapon.
WASHINGTON (WMAL) 8/31 – D.C. police are seeking more information in regards to an incident that was captured on cell phone video on Thursday, which depicted a woman smashing the windows of a bus and hitting a man with her vehicle.
The incident occurred in the 1800 block of Bladensburg Road, N.E. Police say that they have identified the suspect involved in the recorded incident.
In the video, a woman is seen smashing the driver’s side window of a bus. She then enters her vehicle and drives into a man, who is seen standing in front of the vehicle. She proceeds to hit him two more times later in the video as he calls 911, and she takes off after hitting him a third time.
