Gov. Larry Hogan says that Maryland has first case of community-transmitted coronavirus (The Hill)
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) announced Thursday that the state has confirmed its first case of coronavirus spread through the community, meaning that health officials haven’t been able to trace the origin of the infection.
“The patient, whose case was first announced last night, is a Prince George’s County resident who had no known exposure to coronavirus through travel or an infected individual,” Hogan said in a tweet. [Read More]
