Canadian 8-year-old Nemis Quinn Melancon Golden, better known simply as ‘Lactatia’, is the newest celebrity in the wild world of drag. Encouraged by her supportive parents, the elementary schooler remarked, “If you want to be a drag queen and your parents don’t let you, you need new parents.”
