Judge Reopens Nick Sandmann’s $250 Million Lawsuit Against The Washington Post (The Epoch Times)

A federal judge this week reopened the $250 million defamation lawsuit against The Washington Post filed by high school student Nick Sandmann.

The news comes after the Kentucky judge dismissed the lawsuit in July on First Amendment grounds. Scherzer, who was scratched from his Game 5 start due to debilitating next spasms, threw in the outfield at Minute Maid Park this afternoon. Democratic front-runner Joe Biden was reportedly denied communion by a priest at a South Carolina Catholic church over the weekend.
