WASHINGTON – C-SPAN released a statement Monday in response to threats made on-air by a caller toward CNN hosts Don Lemon and Brian Stelter.
The Pennsylvania man who made the call said, “If I see ’em, I’m going to shoot ’em, bye,” shortly before hanging up. In the release, C-SPAN stated that the threats were reported “to the appropriate authorities.”
