(The Sun) –AN ASTONISHING video shows a passenger performing a full yoga routine – in the middle of a packed passenger flight.

The young woman is shown calmly stretching mid-flight in an aeroplane aisle, much to the astonishment of her fellow flyers.

The flexible flyer has headphones on and appears oblivious to her fellow passengers.

Dressed in sporty leggings and hoody she appears in no rush to finish the routine, which involves backward stretches and even a downward dog.
