Jeopardy Host Alex Trebek Returning For 36th Season

WASHINGTON (WMAL) – Alex Trebek, the host of ‘Jeopardy!’, said he was ‘feeling good’ in a video on the game show’s official Twitter account, where he also mentioned that he would be returning for the show’s 36th season.

The video featuring Trebek, was released on Wednesday on the final day of taping for the current season of the show. The short video can be viewed below:

Back in March, Trebek announced that he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. In the latest video, Trebek said he was continuing his therapy, while also beginning to work on the upcoming season of Jeopardy!

“We are already working on our next season, the 36th year of Jeopardy!, so I look forward to seeing you once again in September with all kinds of good stuff,” Trebek said in the video.
