The transgender movement’s message for girls: Your privacy concerns are bigotry (Washington Examiner)

In the town I used to live in, Highland Park, New Jersey, the schools decided unilaterally, without consulting parents, to make all of the bathrooms “all gender” to appease students identifying as transgender. According to the local parents’ Facebook group, parents discovered this when their kids — mostly their daughters — came home from school, not having gone to the bathroom all day.

It’s a notoriously woke town, but nevertheless, enough parents complained that the bathrooms were switched back, and in a compromise, a few single-stall bathrooms were designated as all gender instead. It was an ideal solution: Young girls were comfortable, and transgender students still had access to gender-neutral bathrooms. [Read More]

WE’LL TELL YOU WHO’S PRIVILEGED (Ann Coulter)

While waiting for a car at Union Station last Thursday night, I was treated to a giant TV screen playing Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony from last year against then-nominee Brett Kavanaugh — now “Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.” The display had been arranged by feminists to protest the justice’s speech to a Federalist Society dinner inside the station.

Today, we’ll cover some of the left’s lies about “white privilege.” (More to come in a future column.) [Read More]

Fiona Hill, a Russia expert who served on President Trump’s National Security Council, told House lawmakers on Thursday that she obtained the controversial Steele dossier just a day before it surfaced in the media.

Despite Hill’s previous work with Steele, she said she had no knowledge of the dossier before Strobe Talbott, the former president of the Brookings Institution, provided it to her. Talbott, she said, had received a copy of the dossier. It’s unclear how he obtained the dossier, which sparked a media firestorm after BuzzFeed released it in 2017. [Read More]

Army lieutenant pardoned by Trump made this request after getting out of jail (FOX News)

Army First Lt. Clint Lorance served six years in Leavenworth prison before President Trump pardoned him last week, and the soldier had one request upon his release.

“Pizza… it was the best pizza ever,” Lawrence said when “Fox & Friends” host Ainsley Earhardt asked him how he celebrated his freedom. [Read More]

A highly anticipated report by the Justice Department’s inspector general is expected to sharply criticize lower-level F.B.I. officials as well as bureau leaders involved in the early stages of the Trump-Russia investigation, but to absolve the top ranks of abusing their powers out of bias against President Trump, according to people briefed on a draft.
