Search for Missing Sixth Person in Annapolis Mansion Fire Continues Despite Snow

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) – Investigators have resumed their search for the body of the sixth person who is believed to have died in a fire in an Annapolis-area mansion.

A spokesman for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said search efforts resumed Monday, and will continue regardless of weather conditions. Previous searches recovered five bodies. Officials say one more person is unaccounted for.

The 16,000-square-foot mansion caught fire early on the morning of Jan. 19. It was owned by Don and Sandra Pyle. Relatives have said they believe the Pyles and their four young grandchildren were inside at the time and died in the blaze.
