MARYLAND (WMAL) – A Sterling man was arrested Thursday and charged with sexually assaulting a minor and practicing dentistry without a license.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said in 2019 Juan Jacobe, 46, set up a fake dental practice in his home on N. York Road where he did dental work without a license.

Thursday a girl – whose age is not being released to protect her identity – told the sheriff’s office Jacobe sexually assaulted her Wednesday after mildly sedating her to do dental work.

The sheriff’s office does not think this girl is his only victim.

Jacobe’s being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
