President Biden announced during his State of the Union Address on Tuesday that America would ban Russian owned and operated flights from using the nation’s airspace.

• Boeing: has suspended all large operations in Moscow and closed its office in Kyiv, Ukraine.

• European Union, U.K. and Canada: have also issue similar restrictions on Russian flying in their airspace.

• Russia strikes back: issuing their own ban on aircrafts from the European Union and Canada. 

Biden on flight ban: “an additional squeeze on their economy.”
