Fairfax County Police release sketch of suspected serial flasher

Fairfax County Police released a sketch Thursday of a man they think exposed himself to multiple people in Bailey’s Crossroad dating back to August 2022.

The most recent case happened on Thursday, Oct. 26 when police said he man exposed himself to a minor in the 6000 block of Knollwood Drive just before 3 in the afternoon. The victim was able to run away unharmed according to police. The suspect was described as a white man, wearing glasses, 5’9” and between the ages of 20 and 30.

Police think the same man exposed himself to people on four other occasions. The first three incidents they’re investigating happened in the 6000 block of Buena Vista Drive on Aug. 20 and Oct. 26, 2022 and April 1, 2023. The most recent incidents happened in the 6000 block of Knollwood Drive on Oct. 23 and 26.

If you recognize the man or have information about these incidents, police ask you to call the Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800, option 3.
